Getting back to some of the older volumes, here's the first of two installments of Sakuragi-sou e Youkoso (Welcome to the Sakuragi Apartments) by Ichigo Suzunari from Josou Shounen v06 Cherry Blossom Group. Keita Mori is just about to start his new high school life and moves to live in the Sakuragi Apartments where he meets the three tenants currently living there: two traps and a reverse trap.
Also, it seems the fansub group Underwater gave us a shoutout last week. We're in no way affiliated with them, so it came as a surprise.
