In a School of Jellyfish!

After a very long 224 days, we are very happy to celebrate the return of Kuragehime with the release of chapters 70 and 71 at the start of volume 14! If not for the manga going on hiatus for four months earlier this year, this volume would have been released in either April or May, but the publisher probably put the series on hiatus to better coincide with the release of the movie that's coming out in December, since the next volume should be coming out around that time. Anyway, we hope you've been enjoying this series over the past four years we've been releasing it (as of next month), and that you'll stick around all the way to the end. For chapter 70, the chapter title comes from the 2006 movie The Devil Wears Prada, based on the 2003 novel of the same name. For chapter 71, the chapter title comes from the 1997 movie Good Will Hunting.

In semi-related news, Akiko Higashimura is going to start a brand new series in the magazine that's replacing Shogakukan's Monthly Ikki this winter. This may also be another indication that Kuragehime is nearing its end, something we've been suspecting for at least the last volume or two. We'll be checking out Higashimura's new series and whether we'd be interested in working on it, seeing as how by early next year, both Kuragehime and Kakukaku Shikajika could very well be over.
