The Voice Behind the Voice!

Today, we have the latest chapter of Heroine Voice, and although you may be expecting this to be chapter 4, it is in fact the latter half of chapter 3, and both parts are apparently going to be rejoined in the first volume to be released later this month. Also, perhaps because Norio Tsukudani will be working on that volume, Heroine Voice is taking a break next issue, so the next chapter won't be released until late April.

Heroine Voice chapter 3 is done, and this month, it's a much shorter chapter at just 18 pages. Next month, chapter 4 will feature at least one color page, and the first volume will be released on March 26.

Voice from the Past!

After a lot of work over the past few days, here's the massive chapter 2 of Heroine Voice. Hopefully the next chapter will be a more reasonable page count, because as much as we enjoy this series, it is a ton of work with this many pages for the first two chapters. And as a side note, this happens to be the 700th post to the blog.

A Voice is a Terrible Thing to Waste!

It took a lot of work getting this out, but we're finally able to present chapter 1 of Norio Tsukudani's new series Heroine Voice! The first chapter is a massive 65 pages long and contains a few color pages at the beginning, in addition to being on the cover of Comic Rex. The story is as follows:

Ever since she was in fifth grade, Otome Yamada has longed to be a heroine in a play. This led her to join the drama club upon entering high school, but because of her unusual, anime-sounding voice, she has only ever been a stagehand. Undeterred, she tries to go to an audition for a play, but accidentally ends up at a recording studio for an anime series. Although she gets thrown out after unknowingly getting in the way of the recording, a talent agent impressed by her performance offers her a job as a voice actress. Spurred on by her dream, she eventually accepts the offer, leading her to be in a voice actress unit with the popular Suzu Ayase.

Just so you know, this is not gender bender related whatsoever. The second chapter, which has already been revealed to be 58 pages long, will come out at the end of the month, so we'll be working on it monthly as we did with Himegoto before. Also, a big thanks goes to NJMANGA of Deus Ex Scans for continuing to provide us the raws as he did with Himegoto.

Next up, the latest Yuri na Watashi chapter before finally diving into Shounen Oujo and Bokura no Hentai.
