Out of the Frying Pan and Into the Fire...of Love!

After working on Love Allergen for a little over a year, finally it's finished with chapter 30. It was a lot of fun to work on, and a privilege that we could work on the second collaboration of Satoru Akahori and Yukimaru Katsura. Maybe they'll collaborate again in a few years; who knows? And now that the manga's over, isn't this the perfect opportunity for an anime? I would love to see this animated someday, especially after all the time and effort that went into scanlating it.

Next, we'll finish up Usolily volume 7, and then we'll be finishing up the Waai releases that are still on our backlog.

There's only one chapter left with the release of Love Allergen chapter 29. I can't believe it's almost over; it could have been longer without dragging on.

So here's chapter 28 of Love Allergen, with only two chapters left. Stay tuned for the conclusion, but we'll be doing one more Usotsuki Lily chapter before we finish it up.

There's also been some comments about the status of Shounen Oujo. I know we originally said volume 2 would be out in June or July, but that was only a guess. The volume comes out on August 22, but we won't have it until September at the earliest, so it'll still be a little while until then.

Okay, chapter 27 of Love Allergen is done, and seeing as we're very close to the end, we'll be doing another chapter next in an effort to finish up the series quicker. It should take about a couple of weeks until the series is finished.

A Very Lovely Christmas Eve

Here's the extra chapter from Love Allergen volume 3, out a little earlier than previously expected. It's a short bonus chapter that focuses on the three characters above. The main attraction has to be Aki, whose family situation is finally touched on.

Well, this is it for Love Allergen for a while. It looks like the next volume will be out in late March, going by the spacing between previous volumes. However, we probably won't be working on it until May for a few reasons. In the mean time, we'll be working on other projects (which are more than enough to keep us occupied). If Love Allergen is the only one of our projects you follow, we hope to see you back here in May.

If the post title confuses you, he's flipping over a table. I was reading Octave the other day and this emoticon came up, so I thought I'd use it here, since this is not just any ordinary release, well at least to us. Chapters 13 and 14 of Love Allergen are, in fact, our 100th and 101st releases! Plus, it's the end of Love Allergen volume 2! This means we're now caught up with the Love Allergen volumes, but now a wait will ensue until volume 3 is released in Japan, which we think will be out in September. We're so glad we were able to rescue this series and hope that an anime will be announced soon.

So here's the run down of events to come. Usotsuki Lily volume 5 comes out on August 25, and is currently the only one with an official release date. However, we think Kuragehime volume 8 will be out in mid-September, followed shortly later by Love Allergen volume 3 at the end of September. We're still waiting on WOW!scans to send us the cleans for the next chapter of Otomegokoro no Jiyuugata, so we don't know when that's coming out; hopefully soon. In the mean time, we'll be releasing one-shots from the Josou Shounen anthologies detailed on our Others page. We only have two releases from those anthologies at present, but we wanted to focus on getting caught up with Love Allergen, so we put those on hold. Most of the one-shots are fairly short, but we hope you'll enjoy them.
