The Queen of Swords!

We're back! And with a new series! This is chapter 1 of Kenjutsu Komachi by Ayumi Komura, and it's a spin-off of Usotsuki Lily. Readers of that series may remember that Komachi's father is known for drawing a manga called "Sword Fighter Komachi" (Kenjutsu Komachi), and much to our surprise, Komura started a series for it in June. In the story, Komachi Mizuno's family runs a shrine and a sword fighting dojo, but she doesn't like fighting and often skips out on practice. On Komachi's 16th birthday, she is mysteriously transported to another world similar to classical Japan.

As of now, only the first chapter has been released, and the series is being released on the Margaret Book Store app, currently available only on iOS, but once you have the app, the manga is free to read (although there are other manga you have to pay for). The app has seen 3 updates to its content since it launched in June, but there's still only one chapter of Kenjutsu Komachi, so it's unknown exactly when the next chapter will be released. Maybe Komura is drawing it on a bimonthly schedule, and if so, chapter 2 should be out in about 9 days; we'll see.

Also, we were recently sent some raws for the bonus content that was included in the Josou Debut volume (retitled as Haruno to Natsukawa). It's very short though; only the back cover, and then another 3 bonus pages were included.

Next up, Bokura no Hentai volume 3 begins, soon to be followed by Kuragehime volume 12.

Chocolate and a Trap!

First, I'd like to say that we're not dead or anything, just taking a well-needed break before we get back to some of our major releases such as Bokura no Hentai and Kuragehime. That said, today we have Sensei ni wa Naisho by Ei Tachibana, the original one-shot that Sensei Anone is based on. We didn't even know it existed until last week, so it came as a surprise when a fan sent Deus Ex Scans, who we collaborated with for the one-shot, the raws. Also, regarding Sensei Anone, since Oto Nyan recently went on hiatus, it is unknown when the next chapter will come out, so this may be the last release from this series for a while.

And Waai Mahalo got pushed back to August, so we'll be starting to work on that probably later next week.

By the Light of the Moon!

Well, we took a few days off, but we're back with Seitokai Satellite! by Kazusa Yoneda from Josou Shounen v02 Peach Group. Nobuyuki's childhood friend Yuu Takahama is the student council president at their school, and Yuu asks Nobuyuki to stay with him at school when he has to finish up some paperwork for the student council.

The next issue of Waai Mahalo will be out in a week, so that means more Himegoto+, Hikaru to Hikari, Boku wa Senpai ni Josou o Shiirareteimasu, and more. And Kuragehime v12 recently came out, so we'll be starting that up again in late August or early September. There's also Bokura no Hentai v03 we'll be doing soon.

Also, the third volume of Shounen Oujo comes out next month, and we'll be working on it as soon as we can. All we can say is, please be patient.

Ending on a High Note!

Here is Khaki P to Sumire-hime, the last of the Mitohi Matsumoto one-shots we did with Deus Ex Scans. Rei Kawasumi is the vocalist of his high school band Violets, but they're not very popular, so Rei goes to ask the advice of Haruhiko Tsuchiya, a popular composer who posts his songs online under the name Khaki P. Tsuchiya tells Rei that to gain popularity, he has to not only cross-dress, but also sound and act like a girl. Also included at the end of the chapter is Moshi Bare, an unrelated 4-koma, and the author's afterword.

When 2D Just Isn't Enough!

Now for Ani Tsura, the next Mitohi Matsumoto one-shot brought to you as a joint with Deus Ex Scans. Kazuki Hasegawa started drifting apart from his younger brother Kazuomi after he started getting interested in anime, specifically a certain magical girl anime he's particularly obsessed with. Kazuomi has been doing bad on his tests, so Kazuki agrees to dress up as Kazumi from the magical girl anime so that he'll put more effort into studying.
