It's here, the second one-shot from volume 0 of Usotsuki Lily, and it's our longest release by page count: 53. It's called Clo Clo, and centers on the twin couples (though mainly only focuses on Emi and Rio). If you've found it hard to keep track which one girl is Emi and Niko, or which guy is Rio or Rui (or if you've found it hard to even remember their names), this chapter will be a big help. It was actually a very nice piece, and I wish Komura would write more about these characters too.
