With the release of LiLy chapters 18 through 22, volume 2 comes to an end. Also, as mentioned at the end of the volume, the author Mayo Ebisawa is on maternity leave, so the manga has been on hiatus since March. That means that the series will probably restart relatively soon, so volume 3 might be out as early as March or April of next year, but we really won't know for sure until it restarts. Although we can be relatively sure that the next volume will not be out until next year.
Update: On March 31, 2018, it was confirmed that the series ultimately got axed, so there will be no further chapters. The series is now listed as a completed work on Ura Sunday's website.
