Driving Miss Clara


Here's chapter 11 of Kuragehime, leaving one last chapter in volume 2. This concludes the events from episode 6 of the anime. Not much else to say for now. The chapter title comes from the 1987 play Driving Miss Daisy, which got adapted into a 1989 film, which is probably more well known. By coincidence, the play is currently running on Broadway until April.

    Woah, awesome. Halfway through the anime now, I can't wait until you guys reach new content. Not that it's not awesome to see how the original manga dealt with situations shown in the anime, but it'd be even more awesome to get "new content" so to speak.

    Just to make sure I don't get misunderstood, I feel I should mention I believe it's important that these chapters are scanlated even if they've been adapted by the anime. I just really really REALLY look forward to seeing how Kuragehime develops, whereas I "only" really really look forward to chapters covered by the anime.
