Getting back into the swing of things, chapter 9 of Kuragehime is done, corresponding to the end of episode 5 of the anime. Still a long way to go to be sure. The end of the anime was bittersweet, since there was no real conclusion and much of the story left to be adapted. Good thing the manga's still ongoing at least. This chapter also marks the middle of volume 2. The chapter title comes from Akira Kurosawa's famous 1954 film
Seven Samurai.
