"This" is the End!?

The second to last batch from Waai Mahalo, brought to you as joint projects with Deus Ex Scans, starts off with chapter 3 of Boku no Geboku ni Nare!, which according to the last page is the final chapter. However, it is clear that the manga was merely cancelled, and therefore does not have a definitive ending, but for what's it's worth, here's the last installment.

The second release is a 4-koma one-shot titled Hataraite Kudasai, Haruko-sensei! (Please Work, Ms. Haruko!) by Hyaku Fujishiro. Haruko Sakurai is inspired by reading a certain trap manga magazine to become a daycare teacher. On her first day on the job, she aims to reenact some of her favorite scenes from the magazine.

There are just two more one-shots left to do for Mahalo. In other news, we will be restarting Kuragehime very soon.

  8. Wow... I'm really surprised to see Boku no Geboku ni Nare get cancelled like that. That one seemed pretty interesting and looked like it had a lot of potential.

It really is quite sad to see so many series that seemed to have potential all end or get cancelled one after the other.

    1. They're different magazines that run on different schedules, but they're related in that they're both published by the same parent company and are for trap series.

  10. I don't know what's up with Waai's taste in series. They cancel Porte Tricolore, Boku no Geboku ni Nare, and Himegoto+ (yet the far inferior Himegoto gets another new series), yet for some reason Onnanoko Play is still running, which is akin to watching paint dry. At least that pile of shit Boku wa Senpai ni Josou wo Shiirareteimasu got canned.

Ah, well, such is life. Thanks for the releases!
